At Elya Moline Creations, each product and service is created with care. Because of the nature of our work, we follow the policy outlined below regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Digital & Handmade Products

All sales are final.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products—including original artwork, hand-designed stickers, and downloadable resources—we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

Events, Lessons & Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for:

  • A partial refund, OR

  • A rescheduled session (subject to availability)

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
